Insulin100 – Cycle for Diabetes
Coinciding with the 100th anniversary of Insulin and World Diabetes Day on 14 November, YDA will be supporting Hong Kong Castle Peak Lions Club to organise the “Insulin100 – Cycle for Diabetes “. All YDA members are invited to join in with this fun cycle ride. Together, let’s cycle for diabetes.
適逢2021年為胰島素發現100周年，由香港青山獅子會主辦、兒童糖尿協會協辦的「百年胰島素之糖尿人生單車行」將於11月14日世界糖尿病日舉辦，我們誠邀各位會員和家人一起參與，一同享受踩單車的樂趣，實踐與糖尿同行！

| Route 路線： | There are 2 routes for the activity. Please choose the route according to your physical condition. 活動設有兩條路線，你可根據體力自行選擇路線。 Elementary Route 簡單路線 – About 20 mins ride 全程約20分鐘 Pak Shek Kok Promenadde fro Tolo Harbour Garden (Zone 3) 白石角海濱長廊（科學園金蛋對出）來回吐露港花園（三區） Challenging Route 長途路線 – About 50 mins ride 全程約50分鐘 Pak Shek Kok Promenadde fro Tai Wong Yeh Shrine First-aid Station 白石角海濱長廊（科學園金蛋對出）來回大王爺廟前救護站 |

Remarks 註：
- Bikes will be available, size of bikes are as below:
YDA將提供單車，單車大小如下：- Adult bike （For height 160cm or above）
成人單車 （身高160厘米或以上） - Medium bike （For height 160cm or below）
中型單車（ 身高 160厘米以下） - Kid’s bike （For 5 year-old or above ONLY. With bike stabilisers）
兒童單車（ 只適合5歲或以上。 設輔助轆。）
- Adult bike （For height 160cm or above）
- You can bring your own bike as well.
你亦可以帶自己的單車參加活動。 - YDA will arrange shuttle bus from Kowloon Tong to Science Park (one way only).
YDA將提供由九龍塘到科學園的穿梭巴士（單程）。
